Directions of use:
Use 5 dried flowers per cup. Steep in boiling water for 5 minutes or until the brew turns deep blue. Once the tea has steeped, strain out the flowers. The tea is best served with the juice of 1 lemon and your desired amount of honey (I use 1-2 teaspoons). As you squeeze in the lemon watch as the tea magically transform from blue to purple! Voila, now you have a beautiful natural health giving tea! Enjoy it hot or allow to cool and add ice for a refreshing iced tea.
